The RYA/YA training scheme was formed in 2008 when the Royal Yachting Association and Yachting Australia formed a partnership to present a new internationally recognised training scheme.

Do I need to do all the courses for a Yachtmaster Certificate?

The RYA/YA Yachtmaster Certificate is externally examined and requires a minimum knowledge of Yachtmaster Shorebased to pass the exam.

How do I prepare for a Yachtmaster Certificate?
