  • Moments of Great Success: Winning Kettering to Cygnet race by over 20 minutes on time. Leading the race on the water until the breeze freshened.
  • Moments of Great Failure: Broached, layed reasonably flat & (almost) loosing one crew overboard
  • Longest Sailing Expedition: Hobart to Port Huon to Dover & back.
  • Shortest Sailing Expedition: either (a) Finding the outboard dying 5 metres from the RYCT jetty or (b) putting the boat in off the crane and finding that there is not enough water.
  • Quote of the year:Puff in 5, 2, 1, ½, ¼, 1/8 oh bugger it, it was there.

The most sailed J24 in Tassie, raced Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays & Saturdays during summer & some Sundays.
